Noord-Holland quadrant NHQ#3

Nieuwjaarsdag was eindelijk een zonnige dag. Ik heb ’s middags een fototrip gemaakt in de omgeving, waarbij ik vier kwadranten in Heemskerk heb bestreken.

Deze foto’s zijn gemaakt in het blok19W-F21. Ze geven het beste weer dat het overal nog nat was van de dagenlange regen, met laaghangende wolken, mistflarden boven de velden en een vlak en bleek licht. Een dag die pas om 10.00 uur begint en om 14.00 uur alweer ten einde loopt.

Book is about staying small in business, and keep having fun doing it. It stead of growing to a monstrous bureaucratic organization, driven by shareholder value.

Companies of one have a clear sense of purpose, are more flexible, can change quickly, can give employees more autonomy and can have more focus.

Make customer relationships more important than customer growth (numbers).

Passion is overrated. Is a side effect of mastery, not the other way around.

Quirky product are not a problem. It distinguishes and provides focus.

More focus on customer success.

Teach everything you know.

Give away ideas.

Trust by proxy – referrals.

Launch quickly, and often.

Build a community.

Urgent over difficult

How interesting and urgent doing the dishes becomes when you are about to start a creative activity. My mind is highly creative in inventing urgent things before difficult things.

I guess it’s that thing called Resistance.

How often can you hesitate posting something? One other such thing. Good enough is good enough. And here it is.
