Photographer and still an IT dude. I live in Heiloo, 35 km north-north-west of Amsterdam.
I just finished reading Convenience Store Woman (Buurrtsupermens in Dutch) by Sayaka Murata after reading Seth Godin’s The Practice.
I just came back from a holiday trip through Scotland. That was awesome. I’m planning my next trip to Uzbekistan in 2025.
Sometimes, I do not Photograph. But I usually take pictures of what is in front of me, and I get in front of Punk bands for that, too.
In 2023, I traveled through New Zealand and Japan. I want to go back, especially to Japan.
I love doing things myself and being independent. I am very skeptical about Big Tech. I am very interested in what Cory Doctorow, Waag, and Bits of Freedom have to say on this topic with great interest.
